Glamour
Glamour. Outfit from pieces of umbrella with nacklace from umbrella handles. Big hat is also made of umbrella pieces and it's frame. Sleeves are very voluminous the same as baloon skirt, but top is tight with stylized gear shift. Outfit is very glamourous but still trandy, all in black.

not sure what the low impact collection method is. The outfit looks period to me and not especially wearable.
