Santa Monica Dress

I have designed a dress that any woman can wear made almost entirely of umbrellas found at thrift stores and lost and founds from around the Santa Monica. Linings are from some hemp/cotton pieces that didn't make it into my Senior thesis the fabric that was purchased at hemp traders. It is an empire waisted halter dress with a bubble style skirt and pleated contrasting inset pleated bands and bodice.

average approach, practical and certainly has potential to become a wearable garment. Not feeling the vague effort.

I like the shape of the dress but am not seeing the construction details of the umbrella.
