1.Back openinng top with a zip.It is a two piece garment the fabric is used is SYNTHETIC SILK.Two colour fabrics were used in this(orange & blue).Top comes from shoulder length to bustline.
2.Bottom is a 3 piece garment in two colours.From waist to mid thigh a step by step arrangement will arrive.From where a free falling fabric will be attached.The fabric used for the bottm is SATIN
3.A long scarf is used.It is a transperent fabric with a heavy brocked boarder.
4.A small short umbrella is used as a accessorie for head covering.

The contest is based on a garment constructed on a used umbrella, but I'm not seeing it in your garment at all. Only as a hat.
