Finally people can choose the fashion of the umbrella dome according to their mood, or buy a set of them.

Apart from that it is also possible to choose the style of the handle, as well as the mechanic system type of air compressing, mounted into the umbrella handles.

Mechanics:

The mechanics are stored in a part of the handle, which is adjusted to the "Umbrella House" by a self-lock system. The basic principle is that fast air shoots into the umbrella "cup" through an air piston, which is supported by spring mechanics.

The same mechanics provide fast air socking out, thanks to the same spring, which, after the air pressure has been delivered to the umbrella is stopped and can be closed. Air pressure delivery system provides a constant flow and the same pressure inside the air channels of the umbrella dome. We offer 3 different types of mechanics of air filling into the umbrella:

A/ Replaceable Capsule of compressed air.

B/ Mechanical hand pump.

C/ Miniature air compressor, rechargeable accumulator supported.

Alternative: Telescopic type of the umbrella handle, where all mentioned mechanic principles also can be used.

Materials used:

"¢ For umbrella dome "" an ultra high molecular weight polyethylene film (0.2 mm) (UHMWPE), also known as high modulus polyethylene (HMPE) or high performance polyethylene (HPPE), coloured, transparent; different design and colour options are possible.

"¢ For "Umbrella Home" and handle-injection moulded HPPE.

The production of UHMWPE demands relatively little energy and uses no aggressive chemicals. The product can easily be recycled, so environmental pollution from the product and process is minimal.

Repairing is possible by special adhesive films, supplied together with "Umbrella House", however, the manufacturing costs are low and therefore the repair even should not be reasonable. Excluding the mechanics, the entire umbrella is made out of THE SAME MATERIAL, therefore due to simple logics/encoding of the material it is easy to collect it for recycling.

Manufacturing options:

Umbrella dome is to be made by our invented technology, where the basic principles are a kind of airbag compression into the mould, where the air channels are created with ultrasonic welding.

"Umbrella Home" and "Mechanics Home" handles are to be made by plastic injection moulding. The same applies to the telescopic kind of the umbrella handle.

Umbrella "cup" is to be adjusted to the "Umbrella Home" by ultrasonic welding.

Dimensions:

When folded, the umbrella dome can fit within 16 cm3 (slightly more than the volume of a tennis ball), and the mechanic part does not exceed 30 cm3, therefore the umbrella, when folded, is going to be approximately 45 mm in diameter, and 280 mm in length.
