Concept 01: Dismantle Umbrella Made By Bamboo and cloth

This Umbrella made out limit number of parts by using Bamboo stick and cloth (PP Plastic sheet) Using bamboo for holding purpose and its hold Roof assembly of umbrella. Bamboo stick harden by hot air and it is having hardness and strength once its under gone by hot air. The Main bamboo stick having six slots in that four roof bamboo sheets seated by mechanism of taper slot. Its smooth tapered surface body in that Lock piece moving easily along with the taper body. Bamboo cork is tighten with thread it is not allowing comedown of lock piece from taper stick when its inserted in the hole cloth holding sheet in four numbers these sheets are seated in six slots, it has slot. in that insert the cloth and lock by cloth sheet locker. Taper locker holds the assembly of cloth holding Bamboo Sheet are align with in its slot and its is locked To the holding Tapered stick by taper surface Bore mechanism.

Concept 02: Air Blow Umbrella

This Umbrella made by very less parts and simple mechanism (Air) It has main two parts one is a plastic mould part and one plastic sheet. In this umbrella we have to fill air. Molded part having in side hollow shape in that fix the umbrella roof shape air bag by kind of mechanism. When blow the air tightly bag will expand its give roof shape. The hollow part has three parts. These parts are for locking the air bag inside the moulded part .The other two parts work like cap that can be opened and closed. Once the air bag is pulled inside (by hand) and locked inside the moulded part the air is applied by pump or blown by mouth. Then Lock the portion using one more part. After closing the cap so that its held by the assemblies tightly. Moulded part is having smooth flange at the top side so as to give the strength for umbrella and roof air bag from heavy wind and rain.
